How to Manage Time to Eat Right

"How to Manage Time to Eat Right"," You sit at a desk all day but you really want to start eating right. The easiest way to do that is to fix the major portions of your meals all at once, once or twice a week. Yes it takes planning, from the shopping for the foods to the meal planning and preparation. The time savings you get will be well worth the effort. Get a pound of different types of sliced meats and cheeses, salads and healthy munchies. Things like turkey, chicken and fish should be eaten at the beginning of the week as they do not keep as long as beef. Get yourself an assortment of finger-food munchies that are healthy too, such as raw nuts, baby carrots, celery sticks, olives, pineapple slices and dried fruits. Anyone who gets paid by the minute understands that when you have a customer on the line you don't want to end the conversation but if you're hungry, you're prone to grab whatever is close by. When you prepare things ahead, you make it easier for yourself all week. When you consider that one chicken can give you several meals, from sandwiches to salads AND you can plop the carcass into water and make soup, all in the same day, you start to get the idea of how much time can be saved. You can figure out how you're going to get the most out of your preparation while you are between calls. Mmmmm. baby. (thinking of Chinese chicken salad). ohhhhhh yeaahhhhhhh. (thinking of vegetable beef soup). YUM! HERE IT IS ALL IN ONE NUT SHELL
